My technician was the most professional person to work at our house in a very long time. He was through, neat. He cleaned up and straightened up everything he worked around. His personality represented your company in best most professional and courteous manner. In my opinion this guy is top notch and is a great asset for Florida Pest Control.

As promised after initial inspection, a technician came early this morning and went right to work. He was polite and mindful. Of the little bit of noise. He was pleasant, and very mannerly. You would never know he was here working. He cleaned up after himself and let us know when he was done working for the day and would be leaving soon. I am very happy I did this option to restart my termite contract with Fla Pest control. I was reading on the internet about a new breed of termite Formosa, very destructive, with huge populations to destroy your property. Made me start thinking time to check up on our property. I called Fl Pest Control immediately and got an appointment for Monday and got a look over. A few days later the work was completed, and I am relieved to know my house is protected. Never have a doubt, FlaPest is the way to go!!

Paul and Pete came over today to do a home and yard pest control service. As always, Pete did an outstanding yard service. I had not met Paul before and I was impressed with this young man's professionalism and demeanor. I watched him on security cameras as he completed the home service. He was meticulous in his work. Paul is another great member of the Florida Pest Control Team!! 👍

Brant was very efficient and thorough. Was communicative upon arrival and through out his check. He also made sure he spoke to me before leaving about his findings which I appreciate.

Ryan came to visit us initially. He was awesome, down to earth and very thorough. He walked us through all the steps and promised we'd be taken care of. He treated us like friends, not customers. Nate was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of his job. We trusted him with our home. But we would trust him with our family as well. We had another pest control service in before them and they were horrible. We are 100% customers for life.

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul this morning and he was quite refreshing. He was kind and courteous. He was extremely sweet talking towards my dogs which is always important. He is also very knowledgeable in his profession and took the time to explain and show me something that could possibly be harmful towards our home in the future. That was extra helpful and kind. FLA Pest Control representative (Mr. Brant Hodrick) conducted a thorough termite inspection of my property. Very professional. Though no signs of termites on the property today, he suggested several precautions to consider regarding termite protections. I am very pleased to have FLA Pest Control taking care of my property!

My home inspection was part of my yearly termite policy. The technician, James, was extremely professional and thorough. All of the suggestions he made have already been corrected. I will request James next year as I was fully satisfied with his work performance.
