Neil is hands down the BEST bug eradication person we’ve ever used. We enlisted his services about 15 months ago for our home in Boiling Springs which had ladybugs, stink bugs, Asian moths, wasps, etc. You name it, our house had them. Neil is a true professional who knows is craft and instills confidence in his work. He diagnosed all our issues then performed tailored treatment programs. I am happy to report I haven’t seen a stink bug - dead or alive - in my home in months!!! Neil is the only guy to call! We considered larger companies, but ultimately chose Neil for his care in treating our home, his promises kept (he shows up when he says he will at an exact time) and his willingness to go the extra mile. Neil first helped me in 2023. My mom was in my care with stage 4 terminal cancer. I had hospice coming regularly but I also had very active aggressive ground bees/wasps along the sidewalk to my front door. He came out the next day and blessed me with his service. One treatment took care of the issue. Since then, I have used him for some mice in my house. He listened to my concerns and explained things thoroughly. Recently I had him return to take care of aggressive ground bees/wasps in my backyard that were getting after my dog. Again, he came quickly and in one treatment they were gone.

I would give Neil so many more stars if possible. He is so knowledgeable at his job and makes us feel comfortable with what he is doing by his thorough explanations, and then tips in further prevention once the infestation is resolved. This past fall our issue were German Roaches, we felt like we were at a loss, but then after Neil helped us they disappeared and haven't seen them since. He now is helping with a big rat infestation, suffice it to say he is doing a phenomenal job with our second "pest problem". Besides the downside of cleaning up said dead rodents and bugs, the process with them has been extremely easy! I appreciate Neil and all he has done for us and i would recommend him to anyone struggling with a pest problem.
