I have been using Four Seasons for close to 10 years. They do a great job and are very responsive to any concerns. I've had them notice and make me aware of lawn issues like a leaky sprinkler or critter infestations before I was aware and out of hand. I use them for weekly service as well as weed control and fertilizer treatments. I highly recommend them for lawn care. The excellent customer service that backs up the company is always friendly and professional.

A representative of this lawn care company showed up unannounced last week. I asked him what he was doing there; and he said he was there to spray the weeds. I asked him if he had talked to my husband about this. He said no, and said the boss had sent him. He totally freaked out our 6 month old, 65 lb. puppy, who is very protective. Upon hearing my dog's very grown up growl and bark, the man left our yard quickly. I called the Four Seasons lawn care office and was told that no one had sent him to our house. I just want to be notified before pesticides are used; to protect my 2 dogs. Also it is not wise to enter someone's yard unannounced; especially in Idaho.

Sallie has been so patient with all of my questions and inquiries. My emails and calls are answered promptly. They are on time and do an amazing job. With illness and busy work weeks we really needed the help. Thank you all!

Four Seasons Lawn Care mows a duplex that I live in and they other day the crew didn't mow my backyard but mowed the neighbors. I sent a message to the business letting them know what happened and they said they would address the issue. About 30 minutes later the crew was back to mow the yard. I wish more people would take the time to reach out to the business owner before leaving a negative review. Thanks again for your great customer service!
