Richard Cahill was awesome! He completed everything we asked, and when we added another task, he handled it without hesitation. He very knowledgeable understanding and listening to what we had to say to him all around a spectacular person. His professionalism was top notch. I also want to give a shoutout to the customer service people for there care and great service they put out when I call to handle things. Makes things easy for us please keep the greatttt work up. I was desperate for help. I had killed well over 100 stinging bees/wasps in my family room today and was desperate for help. Angelo arrived and quickly assessed where these critters were and took action. I am so thankful he answered my distress call so quickly. Thank you, Angelo for making room in your schedule.

I like to having the same tech since he knows what to look for and what to do. His record keeping is perfect and detailed. The tech went all around the home and inspected for rodent entry places. He called before he arrived and was on time. This tech is a real keeper. Thank you for taking care of him so he can take care of my home.

Rayson my technician and his team member was very professional and knowledgeable about the work or treatment being done. I was referred to Fox Pest Control through my realtor who sent me an ex-employees information but Paul gave an outstanding recommendation and I immediately called in and was met with awesome customer service and a timely response time because we do have a toddler at home and do not want him to get stung. My Tech, Angelo, is not only courteous, but keeps you up to date on what is going on with the service and any follow up recommendations. He has always called prior to the visit and makes sure I'm satisfied with his and the company's prompt service. Customer service like it used to be.

Louis Rodriguez was incredible. He is clearly extremely enthusiastic about his job and very good at it. He eradicated a huge nest of nasty yellow jackets that were getting into the house and he did it with a smile. We have been with Fox pest control for a little over 6 months now and we are super impressed with the customer service and the knowledgable staff. The team at Fox Pest Control is very courteous, efficient and they come out very quickly whenever we call. We appreciate the friendly staff and the quick phone call 30 min to 1 hour before arrival. Steven Donastorg, was our technician today. He was super thorough, skilled, and PATIENT in walking us through everything and educating us. He was able to identify where the mice might be coming in from in the garage and we are well on our way to fixing the issue he found and sealing the little rodents out! Steven has been our favorite technician at this company so far! Thank you Steven!!!

Richard was prompt at meeting our first appointment. He called ahead to give me time to be ready and spent a good amount of time explaining each step of the inspections and applications he planned to perform today. I learned a lot from him and appreciated his friendliness and patience.

All of the representatives of Fox that have been to my home have been courteous and pleasant. From the first initial inspection to assess what services I might need to all of the service providers that have come out. They are friendly and professional and always explain what is being done at each visit, answering any questions that I might have.

It's getting colder and mice are intruding. I called Fox. The service plan is very useful. Joey was very patient and thorough investigating each room, the basement and garage for holes to the outside where field mice could be coming into the home. I was very pleased that he was so thorough.
