Brandon was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of service. He communicated the process to us and was efficient in getting the task done. We appreciated him taking the time to answer our questions and remain communicative from when he arrived to when he left. Would highly recommend this company!

Brooke Wallace was courteous, very professional and explained what treatments she had done. She was very thorough in treating all the exterior area of our home as requested. I would recommend her as a preferred technician to treat our home in the future.

Our technician, Brooke, was terrific. She was very professional and polite, and answered all of my many questions without hesitation. For example, she explained exactly how our rodent traps work, and I learned more about the services of Fox Pest Control. We also had an enjoyable and informative chat about entomology, my favorite subject. Excellent and successful visit with a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional technician.

Both Brandon and Gabriel seemed inexperienced. They were very friendly, but I specifically asked Gabriel to make sure the gate was fully closed because I have a Yorkie and she can get out if the latch does not catch. Later yesterday morning I found the gate sort of shut, but the latch wasn't closed. Luckily my dog was safe. I certainly hope my yard problems are solved, because $750 is a lot for me to pay as a widow on a fixed income. I am told I will get a follow-up in 2 weeks. I hope the lawn problems with critters will be solved at that time.

Brandon was very courteous and prompt, sending a reminder of service and calling to inform me when he was on his way. Once at our home, he asked about the areas of concern and did his work. He contacted us when the work was completed to see if we had any other questions and thanked us for using Fox Pest Control. He sent an email with a summary. Overall experience was great from beginning to end. I would highly recommend.

Brooke was very professional and thorough. I was talked through the steps and informed of what was being done. I gave four stars because I was surprised when Brooke asked me to sign a 2 year contract. when I called for service, I was told about the monthly fee to keep their service running, but was not aware I would be locked into a contract.

Disappointed with our very first service. The technician, Brooke, was at our 5,300 sq ft home for only 12 minutes. She did not treat the exterior, or even enter the garage. According to the company's website, the first appointment should include a full inspection and treatment of both the interior and exterior and typically takes about an hour or more. That didn’t happen. To make matters worse, the service report listed someone else entirely as the technician. This experience left me with little confidence in the company’s professionalism or follow-through. As of 6/24/25- I have received no reply to my email or call from Fox Pest Control.

Brooke was outstanding! Came to treat my spider webs and she went above and beyond to make sure there wasn't any left. Truly a delight to have someone as sweet come and take care of our bugs. Thank you Brooke. I want her to come back every time. Please!

EDIT: They still have not refunded us and have since blocked my husbands phone number. How are we supposed to "reach out" if you block our number?? They never called as they commented below, we always have had to call them. Will be disputing with our credit card company. Our contract has been over since June, we did not renew. Confirmed before the contract was over that it does not auto renew. Why have we been charged 3x since then? They keep saying they will refund us but they haven’t.
