⭐ 5 Stars — Outstanding Service from Ali! We had a termite inspection today, and Ali was absolutely phenomenal. She arrived early, greeted us warmly, and immediately got to work. She quickly identified issues with impressive accuracy and clearly demonstrated her deep knowledge throughout the inspection. Ali was polite, patient, and took the time to check both outside and around the house thoroughly. Her explanation of the findings was clear and easy to understand, and she provided a concise remediation plan that made us feel confident moving forward. My wife and I both agreed—Ali is by far the best technician we’ve had. We’ve worked with another company for several years, and this experience exceeded our expectations in every way. So far, so good with Fox. I’ve been a customer for just over a year now. They will come out any time you call them (and at no extra cost) if you’re having an issue or just need them to check things out. Most recently, Josh came out to address an issue with mice. Josh was knowledgeable (he’s been in this business a long time) and professional. He was quick and answered all of my questions. A+++++ and hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Josh! (All of the other techs are great too though!)

I would recommend Fox Pest Control to family and friends! My husband and I love Josh! He’s very personable and knowledgeable. He explains everything and doesn’t rush you. He came over and put the stakes in the ground to get rid of our termites. He took the time to explain how it works. Also came over on a service call to get rid of our earwig problem. I have been paying $80/mo to prevent pests, Yet it looks like the 10 plagues with a super abundance of beetles and hornets. I've expressed my displeasure and desire to cancel the contract several times.

I am so happy for the great service I received. The sales manager that came to my door was extremely easy to talk to. Aiden the technician was very thorough and was patient waiting on me to get organized. He kept me informed with all steps that he was taking. Very nice. And has great customer service was a pleasure working with him. I will also request him for future services.

Josh came today to help me with the mice problem. They are getting into my car and he was super helpful and kind. He was patient with me as well as I was clearly frustrated. He was efficient in the paperwork to set up a revisit in three weeks. He cared, too. I appreciated that. Thank you Josh.

I have been with this company for over a year and find their customer service professional, friendly, and efficient. They are reasonably priced. I haven't had one bad experience with any of their technicians. Brett came by this week for routine maintenance and was excellent.

Brandon was very helpful. He was patient with answering all of our questions and even encouraged questions. He was very professional and friendly. We look forward to many years of service with Fox Pest Control.

Technician did not get the message to call a half hour before, (second time this happened) thought it was just a check in, but I asked him for another treatment. Technician seemed competent & communicated with me after treatment. I would encourage better communication with company customer service & actual technicians. The portal needs some work as it has glitches.

Brett was awesome! He arrived for our regular quarterly inspection and I informed him that I had seen a mouse yesterday. He got right to work and informed me every step of the way what he was doing! His great work is appreciated! The day before we had Brandon come out and install termite protection around our house. Brandon was very informative and make sure I understood every step of the process and what to do if anything out of the ordinary happened. Couldn’t be happier with our inspection experience. Ali went above and beyond, brought us out where she found evidence of termites and of course, we were clueless. Sure enough, they were all over the much bed (who knew). She then explained things in a way that made sense, made my wife and I feel confident. She also made sure we understood the condition of the home. So glad she was able to catch it before it got into our home. She is a huge asset to Fox pest control. Exceptional service.
