I’ve been a customer of Fox Pest Control for over three years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Every technician who has come to my home has been extremely kind, professional, and thorough. The level of customer service is always outstanding — whether it’s the technicians in person or the team you speak with over the phone, everyone is receptive, helpful, and genuinely cares about resolving any issue. It’s rare to find a company that is this consistent, but Fox Pest Control delivers every single time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pest control with top-notch customer service. Definitely worth the money spent.

I’m not someone who usually leaves long reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Fox Pest Control. Pest issues are common in Long Island during the spring and summer, and there are many companies claiming to offer reliable solutions. I’m curious—has anyone else had a similar experience? We’ve been paying for Fox’s premium home protection service for over two years. While we didn't have major issues in the past, they routinely came for quarterly treatments. At the time of signing up, we were promised same-day service, a pest-free guarantee, and unlimited visits until issues were resolved. Wasp removal was explicitly included. However, when we recently faced a serious wasp infestation, the service quality dropped dramatically. Starting around June 6, we began hearing noises—like something gnawing or drilling—coming from the ceiling above our bedroom window next to the head of our bed. It was disturbing enough to affect our sleep. We called fox pest control on June 6, and two technicians came to inspect on June 10. They said it wasn’t termites, but still tried to upsell us an expensive termite package unrelated to the actual problem. We declined. Soon after, we noticed wasps flying into the eave outside our bedroom window. We suspected they were building a nest in the ceiling space. On June 13, another technician came. I explained everything and asked whether he could access the attic or use a ladder to reach the eave. He refused, saying he only removed visible nests (like those hanging from trees) and could only spray some insecticidal dust from the ground. The treatment did nothing. The noise got worse, and the wasps became more active—buzzing and chewing day and night. We still couldn’t sleep. We called again, and on June 19, another technician came. He was polite and more informative, but used the same ineffective method—just spraying dust. There was no follow-up, no escalation of treatment despite no improvement. Then things worsened: we found a dead wasp inside the house near the window, and stains began to appear on the ceiling, suggesting internal damage. I could literally see wasps flying into the eaves from my bedroom window. The buzzing grew louder, spreading from one part of the ceiling to the entire room. Even my baby daughter hears it now. Can you imagine trying to sleep with that kind of noise above your head? Out of desperation, I called again on June 21. I asked for a real professional who could assess and treat the situation more seriously. But so much for “same-day service”—the earliest appointment they could offer was June 24. They claimed this time they’d send a technician along with a service manager. I sincerely hope they finally fix the issue, but after almost two weeks of ineffective treatments, I’ve lost confidence. If you’re wondering how big a wasp nest can grow in two weeks, you probably already know the answer. The buzzing is now constant, and I’m physically and mentally exhausted. I’ve resorted to sleeping with earplugs. This is not the kind of support I expected after being a loyal customer for over two years. What bothers me most is the lack of urgency and professionalism, despite their advertising promises. A reliable company should stand behind its guarantees and support its customers—especially when real problems arise. I’m still holding on to hope for June 24, but if there’s no resolution, I’ll be forced to look elsewhere for pest control. I’ve attached a photo showing the wasps entering.

We had Yellow Jackets swarming to in behind my vinyl siding. Other companies were saying sometime next week, Fox was here within a few hours. Another company was over twice the price and there would be additional charges if they needed additional trips. Quick response, reasonable pricing. Technician explained in detail what he was going to do, very polite and documented everything on my account portal, he even remover the remains of an old hive way up at the peak of my soffit. . Person on phone was also very knowledgeable and polite. Pricing for continued quarterly service was reasonable.

First let's thank Mr. Medina for his quick response and his great customer support. He checked the area and explained how he would handle the situation and that eased my mind. I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness, and expertise involving the Hornets issue. He exemplified the customer service I am used to and this made me know choosing Fox Pest Control was best. Thank you once again for getting rid of those pesky Hornets.

I really liked Adam. He was professional, reassuring, explained things well, listened to my concerns. Edit: i have called and sent photos of problems. It's been a week and they are ignoring me. Edit 2: Dierdre from customer service called. She was genuinely concerned about my unresolved proble. She has done everything to make me happy and fix my problem. More to come ....

Everything from start until cancellation was shady. I was pressured by a door to door salesman to get this package that would “cover everything”. When I really needed them, I called about a bee problem. They arranged a service for the bees that initially were outside my home and have now have made it inside. Cancelled due to weather. Then when I called them back to reschedule they sent me someone that day. He calls on his way and said he was told it was for fleas or something very incorrect. He examined the issue and sprayed “something” in my house. The issue got substantially worse in the last few days. I called back for further treatment (that the tech promised me) and the company claimed I was not covered for the service and after a 30 minute call, i was told “I’m not sure why they sprayed but you are not covered”. I asked for my money back as I was sold coverage verbally that I did not receive. I now had to call in a real professional company to protect my family from this bee issue that happened quickly. I wouldn’t use them myself…you were warned
