I'm very happy with their service. Sara arrived on time, was very professional, very thorough, and very friendly. I felt very comfortable having her in my house and on my property. She was very knowledgeable and professional with explaining to me what was going on and why. The price is great, and the service is great. I am very happy with everything thank you guys.

This is an organization that’s serious about customer service and solving pest issues. I had a carpenter ant issue that was scaring me to death because they were spreading so quickly and one of the “big name” guys could not do the job. They did a half-hearted spray and the followup was terrible. I reached out to Fox and within days my tech- Dave Sharp showed up and listed to my concerns, walked the property with me, taking note of some hot spots. Dave has proceeded to check on the house every two weeks, at first consulting another manager, Paul to come up with a combination of responsible solutions. It’s done the trick! We are still seeing some evidence of ants but the progress has been evident. I had two other guys - Austin and Hida- team up and get their eyes on it yesterday. They’ll be back in another week to check progress. I cannot speak highly enough of their interest, their diligence in protecting my biggest investment; my home. I’ll be moving my termite contract when the previous company’s contract expires.

Nick signed us up for service and was very professional and thorough with his explanation of the services being offered. It was a no-brainer to sign up. Ben arrived shortly thereafter and was great. He arrived on-time (actually a few minutes early) and was very professional. Once the job was done, he explained everything he did and asked if any questions about the service. I am extremely happy with the service provided. Job well done guys!

these guys are knowledgeable, efficient, timely, always explain everything and have kept me informed throughout the entire process. After each appointment, they send a detailed report of what they did and the products used. Highly recommend!!

Very professional and thorough service. The technician called ahead and was right on time for the appointment. Upon arrival , he introduced himself and asked if we had any particular issues for him to address. He was courteous and completed his work efficiently. He advised me of what he had done and asked if there were any more concerns. Altogether a very positive experience.

Mr Preston always takes really good care of us. He's very thorough and takes his time doing a good job. I spoke with him about a problem we are having with moles, and he let me know about a possible treatment with some bait. I told him just bring it on his next monthly visit, and he insisted that he would stop by before then, when he was back in our area. And true to his word, he stopped by today to plant the baits. Greatly appreciate the follow-up and his customer care.
