Excellent Service for Yellow Jacket Removal Review: I had a serious yellow jacket problem with three major hives, including one hidden in the ceiling of my dining room. Steven Smith, the technician, was absolutely amazing. He arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and made me feel confident that the issue would be handled safely. The job wasn’t easy, but Steven worked efficiently and professionally to remove all the hives without causing damage to my home. He also made sure everything was cleaned up and gave me tips to prevent future issues. I’m so relieved and impressed with the level of care and expertise he showed. If you’re dealing with any pest problem—especially something as tricky as yellow jackets—I highly recommend Steven Smith!

Brian A. did a really great through check of my house. I explained my concerns and shower his some pests around the house. He was able to identify them for me and tell me why there appear so often. He treated the inside and outside of my home and was respectful of the property. Truly went above and beyond. Also, altered me when he was 30 minutes away which was helpful.

Kasey was very knowledgeable and did a thorough walkthrough of the house to make sure nothing was missed and we didn’t have future problems with mice. Explained everything to me so I wasn’t left with any questions and was methodical in his approach. Highly recommend

Dav was extremely professional. He helped me understand the type of pest problem we were having and walked me through his process on how they treat it and what they will do going forward to prevent them from coming back. He ensured me that if the wasps and yellow jackets are still around within the week that he will come back to treat the affected areas again at no charge. I have seen first hand that they get the job done because they also did a treatment at my workplace. I have not seen any bees or wasps since. Definitely would recommend and I would 100% go with them again if a new pest problem arises!

Great tech! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during the inspection! He made recommendations that were very helpful and even set traps to find out the entry of the mice. He has set up an appointment for someone coming back to check on the traps and further address my problem, He is an asset to your company!

Fox has been very responsive. I asked for some extras on my last service call and they took care of it for me. Communication with fox is easy and they follow through with the tasks. The tech that came to do the work was great and made sure he checked in with me and that I was happy with the visit! I would recommend this service

Wiilliam provided excellent service at my home today. He was courteous, pleasant and patient. He answered questions and provided more information than was previously provided. My only issue was that the COMPANY should allow technicians the ability to provide at least a 4 hour window for the service day.

I’m giving Fox Pest Control a firm thumbs-down. From day one, they sold me on a range of services that frankly did nothing for my home. They came out, put up a ladder, set traps in the attic, and then apparently forgot those traps ever existed. For six months, I’ve been asking them to check these traps. Every month, when they came to collect their payment, they’d tell me, “Oh, we don’t have a ladder on the truck. We’ll have to call the office.” And guess what? It never got done. Finally, I went up there myself and found dead mice that had been sitting so long they were basically just fur and tails. That’s beyond unprofessional. It’s not my job as the homeowner to do their work, especially after I’m paying for their service. To top it off, the dead rodents were right above my son’s bedroom. I had to deal with a manager named Scott who couldn’t be bothered to call me back until the end of the day, claiming he had no cell service. We all know that’s nonsense. It’s just another excuse from a company that doesn’t care about their customers. In short: run as fast as you can from Fox Pest Control. I’ve already hired a local family-owned company to clean up their mess, and Fox will be getting the bill. If needed, I’ll take them to court for reimbursement. They had every chance to handle this professionally with a simple phone call and they failed. Don’t let them waste your time or money.

I pretty much never write reviews. However, our technician Brandon was excellent. He took time to examine the entire house out and in, he implemented solutions at the visit was very knowledgeable and informative.
