I’m very happy with Fox Pest Control. They were able to provide service on the same day that I called. Tony did a great job inspecting around the outside of the home and the basement. He was very thorough, fully explained the process and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend Fox to others. Thank you!

So far I'm very impressed with the service and customer service of Fox Pest Control. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, I really enjoyed meeting and talking with the sales technician. We had a very pleasant conversation. The price was right and I couldn't think of any reason to not get the service, and I'm glad we did. Five stars all the way.

Daniel arrived perfectly on time and was extremely knowledgable and professional. He spent a good deal of time looking for traces of my mice and offered many helpful tips. He is arranging to have a more thorough review to see if we need to have our insulation looked and an in depth review of our situation. He set many traps and I feel calmer just knows the traps will be at work while I'm sleeping tonight!!

The service was good. The one gentleman was very knowledgeable. But when I first signed up they never told me I would be billed monthly. I thought I’d be billed when they come quarterly. Then at the end of my agreement they told me they have an automatic agreement. Apparently in New York they do not recognize automatic agreements. The company didn’t know. Which they should know. Or do know but won’t tell customers.

This company really is thoughtful and helpful. There were some billing issues and they took care of it super quick and really went above and beyond. They responded quickly and were so nice - I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Adrian came out and was so respectful and polite. Unfortunately he could not do treatment today but they quickly rescheduled for a couple days out. Thank you!!

I am extremely satisfied with fox pest control. They provided prompt service and follow-up with an issue that I had with Bees. My tech, Jaquan was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Fox to anyone who is in need of services.

Sydnee was amazing today. She noticed an issue that I planned to report to Fox (but it kept slipping my mind). A 'deck box' I keep on my front porch to store firewood had been infested by yellowjackets. She called me before starting the work and we worked out a plan together. She took the time and care to preserve as much wood as possible and only apply pesticides to the pieces necessary. I am very happy with the communication and thoroughness of her work. Fox: You've got a good one with Sydnee! One of the easiest 5 out of 5 ratings I've ever given.

Sydnee introduced herself as soon as she got here and explained exactly what she was going to do, and asked if we had any problem areas for her to address. Sydnee was very pleasant, professional, and did a great job! We would like to request Sydnee for each visit.

Fox has great customer service, it is quick and easy to schedule a technician to come out as needed. With that being said, there is only ONE technician we are willing to have come as he is the ONLY one that does a thorough and honest job. Tony is polite, thorough, informative and goes above and beyond each time. I believe he would still be the best even if other technicians were any good. Any other technician that has come did nothing, and lied about it. Our contract is far to expensive to deal with anyone but Tony. Five stars for Tony, four stars for fox because I can text to schedule appointments, zero stars for everyone else (that we have come across so far).

Utterly abysmal service. I paid for the FoxGuard service to get the insulation in my attic replaced and cleaned up, for over $15000. The people doing the install showed up multiple hours late, put multiple holes in my ceiling with their carelessness, and charged me for the work before it was done. I cannot under any circumstances recommend their work or this company.
