Kevin was fantastic. He let me know in advance. He was polite and highly professional. While thoroughly walking our property he discovered an extremely large yellow jacket nest hidden under large landscaping rocks. I have young kids and so his attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Thank you for doing an awesome job Kevin.

I am so happy with Fox Pest services. Kevin came to my house yesterday and not only was he extremely patient with me and my kids in the late afternoon, but he took the time to explain everything and give us very good tips for the problem that we are facing that is quite the thing with German roaches. He was very straightforward and helpful and we started seeing results this morning. I hope he is the one that continues with our service for the next treatment that our house needs. The whole team at Fox Pest control has been great to work with. Our initial issue with carpenter ants was quickly addressed and resolved. Unfortunately we had to have them come back out when rats decided to move into the garage. Throughout the process they are quick to respond and professionally dealing with the issues. Glad to have them on hand to deal with the problems. Our recent visit by Kevin Jackson was exceptional as always and he's been a great help.

My technician kevin was the best. the service was outstanding. his people skills are a1 and that says something in today’s society I almost felt like he was family.

Fox Pest control was wonderful. I called them on Thursday afternoon about a wasp issue in our chimney. They were able to get someone out the next day. Our Technician Paul was able to come early Friday morning and did a wonderful job of explaining the process to me and my husband and answering any questions we had.

We had a few issues with flying pests that we tried to manage with products we purchased but weren’t solving the problems. The Fox technician, Kevin Jackson, came out and listened to all of our concerns, gave informative answers and proposed great solutions. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly understood our situation and handled it all like a true pro. We will definitely use Fox again and request Kevin J for sure.

I been with Fox Peat Control for over 2 years and I have had no complaints. Today my home was serviced by Kevin and he was very polite , very pleasant, and patient. I always need a late afternoon or Saturday and Kevin made me his last appointment of the day just like the notes say in my account and I appreciate that so much. Kevin waited for me to get home just before 5:00 . Kevin listened to my concerns I had . I recommend Kevin for your homes pest service and hope to be seeing Kevin soon

I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your pest control needs. I started service with them because of a mouse problem that I am having. The first visit to our house was on 10/28, and the technician sprayed for bugs, and laid down traps for the mice. The second visit was on 11/11 and the technician found several mice in the traps, including in both of our attics, so he said they would schedule the follow up for the next week. I never heard from the company again until 11/19 when they called me to schedule my annual termite inspection. While I had someone on the phone, I asked about the follow up to change out the mouse traps. I was told that the traps would be changed out when the technician came for the termite inspection. I was told my appointment was for 11/20 from 3-5pm. I never heard from anyone on 11/20. At 6pm on 11/20 I tried calling to see what was going on. The hours listed on their website says they're open until 8pm, but after pressing "1" because I'm a current customer I got an automated message saying they were closed. I called back and pressed "2" for new customers and was immediately connected with someone. I was told they had no explanation on why nobody called or showed up, and that I had an appointment for 11/26. I told them I could not do an appointment on the 26th, and I was told someone would be out the next day on 11/21. I then got a phone call from Fox regarding a voicemail I left the night before about the no call no show for the appointment I was told I had. I was then put on hold for 10 minutes, so I hung up. Then the technician who showed up didn't have any glue traps and was just here for an inspection. After doing his inspection, he said it would be an extra $400 to seal the entry points, when I was told that this was included when I signed up. All technicians who have shown up have been extremely professional and courteous. But getting someone out here has been a nightmare. I am tired of waiting for appointments that aren't even made. I would gladly cancel, but there would be a $250 charge. During this whole process, there has been no accountability and no apologies. Which leads me to believe this is normal within the company. I would not recommend their services.
