My technician Daniel was exceptional!! He was professional and went above and beyond to address my concerns. Without being asked, he got out the long handled brush to remove cobwebs from upper windows. The best by far!

Super unimpressed. When I called for the initial appointment (albeit to the national number, didn't speak to someone local) I was told that person would have a ladder that would reach the top of my house. They did not. Then I was contacted asking if my number was correct so that I could be contacted services. I asked a question (not about services). No response. This happened again (from a different number). No response. Just this week, I was contacted about termite inspection. I asked about cost. They got back to me super fast on that question. The man who came to my house on the initial service was very nice and very professional. All other contact has been poor.

Derek came out to treat a hornets nest and spray around my home. He was extremely informative and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. His professionalism and knowledge really put me at ease. Great service from Fox Pest Control!

In the professional world you rely on promptness, knowledge, reliability, and communication. You cannot get anyone to help you when you call. Whoever you finally get to talk to can’t answer your question, you have to wait for a call back from someone else. Then the excuse is, sorry, our customer service isn’t local. We’re going to closing on a house, we scheduled the appointment for resolution and no one shows up, try to contact customer service, no one knows a thing, then you’re told you have to wait for a phone call from someone who has no clue why they’re calling you back. Then you get a text that is scheduling you for service, no one shows up. It’s a vicious cycle with this company!!!

Daz was fabulous. He validated my worries about the tiny fruit flies coming from my drains, even though he didn’t see them while he was here. Daz is efficient, thorough and personable.
