Francis Animal and Pest Control in Chaska were very quick to return my phone call and request for a pest inspection to our west metro home in Shorewood. Our technician, Jess, was very thorough, calming, and informative to help me understand any access points near Lake Minnetonka which is in a heavily wooded area. I felt empowered by the knowledge and understanding he shared about squirrels, mice, chipmunks, wood peckers - all the things - that may be pecking at the house and how to prevent them from entering. Jess was also equipped with a small camera to allow him to see into places that I didn't even think to check. With his camera he could see into the interior walls of the house where we were checking for larger pests of squirrels and chipmunks - more than mice. My technician Bryce treated the outside of my home for wasps. The wasps were in an outdoor intake vent and were very active. I was so relieved that he was able to get out here the same day. I have four grandchildren that I babysit and who were here a couple of days later. So, I am thankful.

Francis has been a great partner for us in our constant battle vs pests at our rental properties. They have been instrumental in clearing 2 different multi family buildings of bed bugs, among other things.
