We have been using Franklin Pest Solutions at my mother's home for many years. They are always professional, give courtesy and call before they arrive, and are competitive in their pricing. I see no reason to change and highly recommend them.

Scam Alert – Stay Far Away! I’m extremely disappointed with this pest control service. Not only did their treatment not work (I've actually seen more bugs since they started), but they lock you into a contract that is nearly impossible to get out of without paying hefty cancellation fees. They require you to sign up for monthly services, and if you try to cancel, they hit you with a $150 cancellation fee plus other charges — all for a service that delivers zero results. This feels like a scam disguised as a pest control company. I was promised effective results and peace of mind, but instead, I'm dealing with more pests and being penalized financially for trying to get out of a bad deal. Please, do your research before signing anything. I regret trusting this company, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

I’m giving a 4 for right now but truly a 5 based on customer service. Quick, prompt, knowledgeable. My technician answered all my questions. I really appreciated that because bugs are stressful haha. I just hope they stay away. Update 8-5-2025 I like the technicians here they listen to all my concerns and spray in all the areas I ask. They really care
