Matt was great. He arrived on time and was very friendly. Once he started his inspection I could see he was very professional and knew exactly what he was looking for. He took the time to point out some things that were obvious and also took lots of pictures which he sat down and showed us on his laptop explaining how the bats and rodents were getting in. After that he calculated 3 bids for us to choose from but never tried to upsell me. He explained the follow up maintenance services they offer as well. We chose the plan that met our needs and Matt said they could start in two weeks which seemed reasonable. We have been dealing with rodents and bats for years. I just don’t know why we didn’t think of Friendly before. Matt was great. He will treat you right.

Matt called me before coming out to our home to look at a bee hive that may be in our siding. He went above and beyond and did a walk around the whole exterior to see if he could see any other issues we may be facing, as well. Matt was very personable, polite and professional. I really like the videos that they send me showing me what they’ve done and any issues they find. So far I am very impressed with Friendly Pest Control!
