Alan and team are fantastic. They are extremely reliable and fair. We had them out a little less than a month ago to treat an ant problem and a wasp nest in our entry way which was under the trim and a tricky spot to treat. Alan explained our options, what he would do and they were completely gone in less than an hour. Fast forward to yesterday when we realized we had multiple wasp nests way up in the eaves. I reached out to get frontier on the books and they got us in next day. We requested to sign up for their quarterly maintenance plan which is way better than others we’ve been advertised and they let us know today’s service was included for the quarterly plan and there’s no added charge even though it was a completely different area. Solid local business to support. Great communication, timeliness, and the best part - no pushy sales team pressuring you into an unbreakable contract. Highly recommend.

Allan has always had amazing communication and customer service. The new field tech Chase is also extremely thorough. I highly recommend them.

Wasps moved into an attic space and had us freaked up. The frontier team was super responsive in getting us on the schedule, then on day of service it was fast, professional, efficient, responsive and courteous. 6 stars if I could! they have my business moving forward for everything pest control related.
