I was with this company a year. The Guy was very nice that cam to treat my home and property. The company itself was not professional. They had me waiting all day and never contacted me to let me know my appointment was canceled. I called them and they told me. Than on the 29th of September of this year they took money out my account for more than they was suppose to. When I called they told me they went up. I said we'll I didn't authorize for you to take that amount out, they never contacted me at all.

I called and an made appointment was made for the morning of the next day. Several hours later I received a text informing me the time of the service call was changed without my consent. I immediately called back and was told that my original time could not be accommodated. So I rescheduled for two days later. The representative was scheduled to arrive between 2 & 4 today. It is after 4 and I have neither received a call from the company nor has a representative arrived. This company is non-responsive and unreliable. They cannot trusted. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

We had an initial service a few months ago and haven’t notice a difference at all. We were told that we could cancel at any point if we couldn’t afford it or if we just didn’t want it anymore. Well we have tried and we are in a year contact that we didn’t know about. We cant afford the payments right now and not being able to cancel is not only frustrating but it’s upsetting because that’s money now that I have to take away from either our actual bills as well as taking money away from my kids essentials. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FRONTLINE

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Terrible service. Nothing helped my issue and there were multiple times where the tech just didn’t show up. Absolutely impossible to get a manger on the phone. I have called six times to cancel my contract and they magically never have a manager available and never call me back. Pick another pest control company. Literally any other one could do better than this one

Keith was fantastic. Very thorough, diligent, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and informative informative. I've requested that he be my technician moving forward throughout the remainder of my contract. He not only sprayed the low areas, but he also sprayed the high ceiling areas in the basement (front and back) the cabinets, closets, and he also took the extra time to put roach bate in some of the cabinets as well as set up the glue box traps for me when I mentioned my difficulty in using my Left hand due to a past stroke

NO BENEFIT AT ALL. Please don’t trust them first they say you can see benefit in 2 weeks after contract of 1 year they don’t care about that. I took subscription of 1 year but its been more then 3 months i cant see any difference and when i wanted to cancel my subscription they will not allow you to cancel it you need to pay all the money for 12 months. In my opinion why would i pay if i cannot get any benefit from them even the mice had their babies now. If i want to put only poison for mice so i can get it from Walmart why would i contact to pest control. Please i will suggest you guys too not make any contract with them ones you did it they will don’t care about your money and they will ask you to pay full amount to cancel the subscription. And please give me some advice if you know how to get rid of it.

Had a huge issue with yellow jackets inside home. Frontline showed up same day with no hesitation! All other exterminators couldn't come for another two to three days. Estimator arrived Friday evening as scheduled. He pulled some strings and the exterminator showed up at 8am on Saturday! Very friendly, thorough, and professional. Cost very reasonable and especially for weekend hours. Huge thank you to Forrest and his team! Highly recommend Frontline!
