We have Frontline for general pest control, but now we needed them for a major wasp nest removal. I called and they sent someone quickly. Wayne Mendoza was our technician. He arrived faster than expected and eliminated the problem with ease and professionalism. I asked him about some potential other services and he made some great recommendations. I've never had a bad experiences with any of their techs, but i'll request Wayne because I like the way he works!

Called Frontline in the morning about my wasps problem and the representative, who was very professional and friendly, gave me a very reasonable quote and promised to have someone out to my property by 3 pm the same day. Jeff the technician called to inform me, he was on his way and would be here in about 15 minutes. When the the technician arrived, he introduced himself. He got right to work on solving my wasps problem. Jeff was very professional and did a great job of getting rid of the wasps and it's nest. I will definitely be calling Frontline the next time I have any sort of pest problem.

The service provided by technician Dimitri was excellent. He thoroughly inspected all areas, quickly identified the main issue, and promptly addressed it. He went above and beyond in his work—thank you for the outstanding service.

I spoke with a person in the call center and specifically asked if the technician who would come for the initial visit would do an assessment of the outside of the property, including surveying potential entry points for mice. I was told he would, and that he would have all of the equipment necessary to do so. I was given an original window of 9 AM - 11 AM which was quickly moved to 1015 AM -1215 PM. At 1213 the worker called me and said he had been overbooked by the call center and was an hour away from arrival. He was true to his word and arrived just less than an hour later. He briefly looked around the entry way to the garage then gave me a quote for general pest control, which would include mice. I asked if he had any of the equipment with him to survey for potential entry points and he said he did not but the actual technicians who come to carry out services do. I thanked him for his time and he left. The call center worker very specifically lied to me to get me to schedule a visit then had me spend nearly four hours of the day waiting for an overbooked worker to arrive and give me a quote instead of performing a thorough assessment of the property as was promised. I absolutely would not recommend using Frontline.
