I had a phone call saying my appointment had been canceled on the day they were suppose to come spray the INSIDE of my home So I canceled further service. Yet I get a bill for $79.00 saying they came and sprayed the outside of my house! Sorry but if you call and say you canceled my appointment don’t come on my property performing a service and want me to pay for it! I called customer service and told them what had happened, after speaking with 3 different individuals they told me they would take care of it and cancel my account. I get a call 2 weeks later wanting their money and they NEVER closed the account! NO ONE should use this company! I will make sure to warn all my Friends about how horrible they are and how rude management was towards me. I am a business owner and if I treated my clients this way I wouldn’t think they would come back.

they were very confident about their services when signing. it ended up they lied(they dont perform services on commercial building, there hidden fees when cancelling), poor service(an hour work went down to less than 15 mins). i would like to say they are scammer level. After 8 months, they charged me $140 again without letting me know. I wasted $75+$140+$140+time to call these scammers. I WARN YOU NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMER!

I trusted the company but got very disappointed when I found out they performed a double service and charged me over $240. for one visit without my knowledge. They claim they notified me by text and email but the messages were generic and unspecified. It is sad that the company is doing their best to take advantage of the customers at the end of the mosquito season to charge them for the the non-existent pests and mosquitos. I will never use their service again. They should Care for the customers not for the money!

Put down pest control for a mouse in the mouse ate the little food block and didn’t die so I went out and bought mouse pads and caught myself.

I had a service scheduled but called to cancel the service and close my account before the scheduled visit occurred as I no longer wanted to pay for work to be done on my property. The service rep helped me but then the next day a technician still came to my house while I was at work and sprayed my property without my approval and then the account I had told them to close was charged $40. I called to speak to rep and was told that I had to speak to someone in billing and the rep said they would have them call me back. I never got a call. Then I emailed the support link for frontline pest control two weeks ago to get help with this unwanted and unapproved charge and have not yet received a response. Then this morning, I received an email from the billing services with frontline saying they have now upped my amount due to $80. They tacked on a $40 late charge instead of calling me back or emailing me back about my problem. As someone who works in customer service, this is actually pretty ridiculous that I’ve reached out multiple times and instead of responding to me their answer is to charge me more money.
