Bryan did a great job. He was pleasant and explained what he was doing. I was told I’d receive a call 20-30 minutes before technician was on his way but I did not. He arrived early (which was appreciated). I was disappointed that he did not have spider traps since I had specifically asked for spider treatments. He did state he would follow up. Thank you.

Brendan was great, very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had. I really enjoy our service from Frontline. Everyone that has came and serviced our home has been extremely professional and friendly. I can tell they hire great people.

Steven was incredible too say the least. He was extremely knowledgeable of his craft and explained in exquisite detail involving termites and all other pesky bugs that we all have to deal with whether we like it or not. We walked together around the property and he had a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his specific field. He explained everything, more than satisfactory, I was more than pleased with his superb work ethic and his attention to detail! For example in the basement, he took a small dirt shovel used to plant flowers and stuck it right through our 4 x 12's. It went right through the plank, I couldn't believe it! Yes, we definitely have termite damage. I'm glad Steven came when he did, cause we may have fallen through to the basement, if this problem had persisted. Once again I cannot thank Frontline and Steven enough for his and their professionalism.

Very satisfied with the Frontline termite inspection. This service was covered under our yearly contract plan. Steven took the time to show us pictures of what to look for to identify early signs of termite activity and explained preventive services offered by Frontline. Very knowledgeable and pleasant, and we appreciate that we were NOT pressured with one of those "You can only get this price today" sales pitches.
