Service was amazing. Ian came and sprayed. I felt very well assured that they were going to kill the bugs. The rates are very reasonable and their communication is top-notch letting a customer know when they’re coming and what they’re doing. Been using this service for many years and have never been disappointed. Techs are friendly, thorough, neat (remove shoes before entering), on time and do a good job! I once called them between schedules due to a large ( very scary) wasps nest under the stairs of my garage apartment. The tech came out immediately and took care of it. I highly recommend Full Scope. They schedule me quarterly ( at my convenience) and these quarterly visits keep me bug free! 😄

He was very nice and professional, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain what he was doing. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn’t try to upcharge me. Had Fullscope come out as I was experiencing a lot of ants and spiders. They for me in pretty quickly. They have multiple packages for you to choose from and they even have monthly pricing available. Jeremiah came out and dos a great job. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I will be a returning customer for sure.

From making my appt, to the rep who came and provided service to my home, I am exceptionally pleased. So helpful!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ They came and did a free inspection when I had recently found 3 rodents in my rental home. They found a roof rat infestation in the attic. They took pictures of EVERYTHING and all of the entry points in my rental. The landlord paid to have them come back and repair the many holes they were accessing, however he forced me to pay for the trapping and removal of the rats. No fault of FullScope at ALL!!! In fact, they were very sympathetic to the fact that I was made to pay for any of it. We only moved in 2 months ago, clearly this infestation had nothing to do with me. It was due to the lack of maintaining the structure of the home. I had even reported dead animals smells and flies just two weeks after we moved in. (Can’t wait to leave a review for this landlord. 🙄) But EVERY SINGLE PERSON I spoke to, or interacted with at FullScope was amazing🤩 !! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors! We called for a bed bug inspection. I know, I know. Nightmare. I had anxiety for what felt like ever but the company treated and continued to come out regularly to check for signs and do resprays just in case. It seems after 3 visits they're gone as far as we can tell as we aren't exactly sure if the last was needed. After falling down the reddit rabbit hole and thinking we'd be fighting them for ages this has been a relief. Pricey sure but they thankfully worked with us. Im using them for our quarterly visits now and will be using their services again here soon for more indepth for a separate pricey issue but I have faith they'll resolve it quickly as they did the bed bugs. We've had a couple different techs out and they were all friendly and seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing. The text service with the office is also a nice perk since im usually busy working.

I have been with Full Scope for a few years now. The employees that show up are very professional and listen to my needs. They finish by telling me exactly what they did. If I ever have an issue between sprays, they come out and take care of it. I don’t have to remember when my service is due as they reach out. Great service and fair prices, highly recommend!
