We had termite issues. Nicole was able to get a manager out in 2 hours to assess the damage and recommend treatment. Julio was able to quickly provide solution and future course of action and provided much needed education on termites and bug control in general. Zach the technician was very professional as well while providing the application. All and all we feel very fortunate to have chose Gallant and will continue to use there reasonably priced services.

We recently used Gallant Pest Control to have our house fumigated and we couldn't be happier with their services. Kevin and Rigo were very helpful and guided us through the entire process. After fumigation the repair team , Juan and Cesar, were also very helpful and repaired some of our roof tiles that were damaged prior to fumigation (found during inspection) . Gallant has amazing customer service and you can clearly see they care about their clients. We will Definity be using their services in the future!

We received a few quotes for our rodent problem, and Gallant was the only company that did a thorough inspection of our ENTIRE house, looking for rodent activity and entry points. The other companies inspected only one area of our house and didn’t seem to have as much expertise as Duane did. Julio was great when servicing the house too, staying mindful of our pets and their safety. With Gallant, we have peace of mind that our house’s interior is rodent-proof. We purchased our first home. Dennis came to inspect our home to verify another inspectors work. Not only was he very patient but explained everything where I can understand. Gallants pricing was fair and he was firm with his price. You can see he is invested into his work and that is why we went with Gallant. Gallant has serviced our property for six years first for termites and subsequently installed rodent bate stations and seasonal mosquito control. Every service has been at my request after a consultation and discussion of single service or recurring. Always nice people to work with. I particularly enjoy our route technician Fernando Lopez who is always friendly courteous and ready for us to swap short stories about our latest adventures.

ZERO RATS CAUGHT. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. So hard to find great service these days. First and foremost, the inspector was late and I had to call to confirm the appointment after waiting all day. Not a great start. Second, the total charge was $924, itemized as follows: $300 for three traps that caught ZERO rodents. Two were found closed, and one contained cobwebs with no bait inside. $225 for screening and caulking entry points that appear to remain partially unsealed. $50 for basic door seals that retail for around $10. This is where the empty and cobweb filled trap was by. Maybe part of the scare tactic as the seal was worn and not bitten by any rodents. $300 for “spraying” that hasn't happened yet. The owner called back a week later and said he couldn't do anything and just argued with the facts presented. I had to end the unproductive call as he kept calling me "buddy" condescendingly.
