Josh was so knowledgeable and very polite. He explained what he was doing as he took care of the bees and ants. He was concerned for my pets and me when he asked me to close the windows. He was so very nice and took the time to go over everything once done! Really a great technician. Totally recommend Josh he did an awesome job!

This was our first time using Gannon. We were very pleased with their friendly and timely service. A large yellowjacket nest in our attic was resolved quickly and professionally by a skilled technician. Great communication too regarding the appointment itself and technical aspects of the infestation. Price was reasonable and we were charged exactly as quoted. Gannon is always receptive to concerns and completes requested services quickly. We have had them come back twice after the initial service to address return of wasps. Today, Peter came on a Saturday. He explained about the wasps and why they may be returning. He sprayed and told us what to expect. He was very polite, informative, and efficient.

Clarence is wonderful, he cares about completing his work efficiently so he doesn’t have to return and makes the customer happy. Kris was friendly and respectable. He explained what he was doping to rid the yellow jackets. He told us if we see more after a week of treatment , he will come back. He did, however, forgot to cover the hole he made to treat the house.
