We had an excellent experience with Geiger! We moved into a house in the area a few months ago only to find we already had a nasty termite infestation that hadn’t been disclosed to us (yay!) In the sort of panic that one only experiences seeing termites swarm in their kitchen for the first time, we reached out to a few companies and Geiger was the one we went with! Vito gave us very reasonable pricing and took great care of us and we are happy to be termite free :)

I called Geiger's after reading a review on Reddit. Great service! Everyone I've talked to is responsive and punctual. I just bought a house and they were able to schedule the fumigation quickly. A few other businesses I called had long lead times. Besides that, Geiger's had the best prices. A few days after the fumigation, I noticed a dead animal smell. Totally not what you want to come home to when you just bought your first house. Something was in the crawlspace when the tent went up. One of the technicians, Tony, was able to come out same day and remove a dead opossum from under there. Thank you Tony!! I hope I don't need your services again, but if I do I know who to call!

I actually was very happy with the fumigation/tenting services from Geiger’s. Everything went as Derek wanted explained and it wasn’t too expensive. However, someone apparently pulled the ceiling fan cord and basically ripped it down. I reported it to them and was supposed to have someone come out. No one has. I am aware I have an older house but the fan was in tact and working when I let Geiger in, should still be that way. So now I am trying to see exactly what I can do. Be wary of the contract they have you sign about things getting damaged. Had no idea something would even have a chance to be damaged inside the place. Just bad customer service on this one.

Your team was efficient and started as scheduled and were able to get back in the house in timely fashion. TY for relocking all our windows and doors 😁. We had our house tented in the pouring rain. 2,000 sq feet. It is hard to review a service that you have not previously needed. I will say that the company was professional and punctual, two qualities I appreciate. They were competitively priced, but when balancing reputation and the cheapest bid, we feel confident that we made the right choice. Our neighbors used this company and word of mouth was key proving their company has stood the test of time. They got us in quick, within a couple weeks. The take down was somewhat messy because of the pouring rain we’d had throughout the entire tenting process, so mud can be understood. I am pleased so far. I will update once we see if it worked. The guys worked in tandem with communication throughout the entire process. So far, so good. 😊
