Went to Gemmen’s today looking at pellet grills and spoke with Andrew for quite a few minutes. Wonderful gentleman and very informative and helpful. That’s why I love our local ACE Hardware. They’re always so knowledgeable and helpful with all of the products they sell and projects I’m working on around the house. I’ll be back Friday for the anniversary sale and grill vendors on site! A few nights ago I stopped into the Gemmens. Store was about to close, but Chad jumped in a helped out. He not only got my power washer fixed up, but was as nice as can be. Great guy!

Been going here for years to buy things here and there for projects. They always have what I need and the staff are always helpful. Just recently made a bigger purchase there and Andrew was super helpful walking me through my options for a new lawnmower. I cannot recommend this store enough to people.

Gemmens cut my blank Jeep fob built in keys and sold me a GM VATS key set and cut those also. So awesome and convenient. Made my day!!!

The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My first visit was to plumbing section where Mark showed his vast experience with my outside spigot issue. He provided a replacement kit and if that didn’t work then plan b was to replace entire spigot. And he was correct with plan a which in turn saved my about $85! Great job Mark and I really appreciate your knowledge!
