I had an exceptional experience with Georgetown Pest Control. I called yesterday about a spider problem at my office in Cedar Park, and Micheal came out today right at 10am. He sprayed everything thoroughly and took care of the issue right away. I didn’t have to wait around—they were quick, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

GPC has been great to work with for a few years now. Having helped with cicada killers that lived in front yard, then resolving indoor ant problems, and keeping up with quarterly maintenance - all experiences have been pleasant and yield the expected results. All technicians have been amazingly friendly and always willing to answer the numerous (crazy) questions I have about the bugs I am seeing.

We have been using Georgetwon Pest Control for a while now and Zachary our technician is amazing. We never see bugs in or around our house, and to be honest Zachary is so effective I hardly notice him unless I have a question or if he wants to bring something to my attention. All of this at a very fair price. Well, there has been construction around our neighborhood and we had some renovation in our house, resulting in little critters moving around. Unfortunately, last night while watching tv with my wife I spotted a little mouse darting across the floor. Knowing my wife, I did not move and prayed that she missed our uninvited guest. She is amazing, but the mouse issue would had been a national incident if she spotted the little dude. I sent an email late Friday night to GPC letting them know about my intruder. I requested that they come ASAP. I also asked, them to be particularly silent when they came to hunt mice with me and just call it a preventative visit when they came. No need for my wife to worry about MM. I did not expect a technician until Monday, but Zachary showed up early Saturday afternoon and was particularly stealthy while he did his work in order to honor my request, allowing my wife to have at least one more night of mouse free worry. That’s my department. Oh, I got the invoices and it said $0.00. Now that’s old school customer service.

Georgetown Pest Control was wonderful about addressing the extermination of rodents in my attic. Everything was handled in a very professional manner. Their pricing was within reason, and they were very upfront with what was entailed and the individual cost. They also offered a clean-up and sanitizing of the attic at a very reasonable price. I had several technicians come to my home over a 2 week period, and everyone I interacted with was always on time, polite, and professional. I especially wanted to thank Ermal for always accommodating my time requests and his professionalism. He always took the time to put on shoe covers before entering my home, which was very much appreciated! I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Georgetown Pest Control and would highly recommend them.

Georgetown Pest Control is very customer oriented and keeps in touch with you exceptionally well. They explained everything clearly, including the costs. Everyone that I spoke with or dealt with were extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend them. .

Patrick and the guys at Georgetown pest control always do such an amazing job on our Christmas lights. They are always on time and very professional. I would not think twice about using another company to our holiday lighting. The price is very reasonable and the job is always perfect. Thanks guys.

Coby came out today to enhance the protection on our new home by filling the weeping holes, closing some gaps on the garage and roof, and make sure our home is pest and rodent free. He was on time, friendly, professional, and got the job done safely. We scheduled a follow-up for next week when he can bring a partner because some of the areas on our second story roof need an additional person. I respect him staying safe and I'm very pleased overall with all my experiences with Georgetown Pest Control.
