I had the unfortunate experience of being introduced to bed bugs. My husband travels often for work and after his last return brought us unwelcome intruders. This was our first encounter as we have never experience bed bugs before. Needless to say once I realized what these little hell spawns were I was terrified! I contacted Georgia bed bug solutions and they were prompt in contacting me, I’d say 30mins if that!! Chelsea was so caring, accommodating and knowledgeable. She came out did an inspection and had us squared away with a treatment in no time! I’m an extreme hypochondriac and Chelsea was able to ease my anxiety(which trust me in this case was hard to do lol). The warrant options were amazing as well! It’s only been a week so fingers crossed we’re in the clear, I will definitely give an update!!! I would recommend their services!

I wanted to write this review last year, but I wanted to wait a while, to make sure we had extended the life span and the incumbation period of bedbugs. I am proud to say and had to let everyone know how great GA BedBugs services were. Short story, I have never lived with bedbugs "ever" and had no idea what they were until I allowed a family member to move in temporarily with my husband and I. That family member was with me about 6 mos before we started to notice strange bugs sporadically. The day we discovered what they were was when my husband saw a black looking bug on the ceiling in my office. We thought it was a small roach, but realized it wasn't. My office is located right next to the bedroom of where the family member was staying. Immediately, my husband begin to inspect the house and when we went into the family members room we were blown away. Bedbugs were everywhere and the family member didn't say a word. Ugh!! We tried to treat the bugs ourselves, but nothing worked and we refused to allow the bugs to spread into our living space downstairs, so I did my research and found out about heat treatment, and that's when I decided to call GBS. Joey & his staff were great. Also, I would like to send a special thank you to Chelsey, for the reinspection after the treatment. All it took was one treatment and it has been almost a year now and we haven't seen or heard from any more of those nagging bugs from hell. Living with bedbugs is one of most horrible things I have ever had to endure. We wanted to burn down the house with everything in it, but we didn't have to with GBS. We were able to keep our home, our furniture and all our belongings. Joey, you guys are great and trustworthy. Thank you all so much!!

These people are life savers. Long story short i let someone stay with me a while back and when they left my problems began I'm very cheap so I tried everything to get rid of bed bugs on my own too no avail. Threw everything I had away sprayed countless pesticides nothing worked. Every other company wanted like 5 grand to get rid of my problem and for some people 5 grand is hard to come by some company's even said I would never get rid of them. I was at my whits end and called these guys they came out very timely manner explained everything to a t and only charged a quarter of what other companies charged explained what had to be done gave a fair warranty came in did their job and even told me if I ever have a problem again they wouldonly charge me half of what I originally paid i have waited a while to do this review just to see if my problem was gone it has been like 6 months and I haven't seen a bed bug since they left these guys not only kill their competitors price wise they are the only real deal in Atlanta ga. Guys thank yall so much I'm sleeping soundly.

I called them for a bed bug issue and they were super helpful/knowledgeable from the start. They take time to give you a clear understanding of the problem and how they intend to solve it. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional and friendly. Prompt, on time arrival. Fortunately, free inspection showed no evidence of bedbugs, and they were honest to tell me I do not need treatment at this time. Hopefully, I never will, but much appreciated honest service!
