We had a rat infestation in the garage, crawl space and attic. On Sunday night, we saw 5 rats running around in the garage. On Monday morning, I called German and he was able to come out by noon on the same day. German and his son Edwin worked all afternoon into the evening to identify and secure all holes with concrete and set up traps. German found 12 rats while he was doing the work. That night, we no longer saw any rats in the garage. The next day, German came to check the traps and there were 4 rats trapped in the crawl space. German is very thorough and I could tell that he wanted to help us make sure that the rats will not come back to our house. After seeing a rat on the neighbor's roof, we heard noise in our own wall : ( German and his son, Edwin, did an excellent job of reviewing our spaces for evidence and determining all possible entry points for exclusion work. This included going on the roof, in the attic and under the house. They have returned three times so far to check in and determine effectiveness. We haven't heard anything for a month and all is clear! I am very pleased with the thorough job and attention to detail. I recommend them!

German is great and humble person to work with. I had a rodent issue in my attic. His team came over and sealed all the entry/exit points in the attic. He did a great job in getting the attic sanitized. He does not try to upsell or get something done which is not needed. Price is very reasonable and would highly recommend him for any rodent work.

I gave German a call past 8pm on a weekday to ask if he could come do a quick assessment/inspection of the rodent issues we'd been having notably in the crawl space, and he actually came!
