I contacted Gibson Pest Control to verify that I did not have an active pest problem in my apartment. However, the way technician Wes worded his inspection notes stating that the tenant “killed bugs” and that “professional service was recommended” has led my complex to schedule and charge me for two unnecessary treatments. After the inspection, Wes informed me that he could no longer discuss the matter with me because my complex has a service agreement now with Gibson. This feels very unfair and misleading, as I NEVER had an ACTIVE issue. It appears that my report was misrepresented in a way that benefits the company financially rather than reflects the actual findings. Very unprofessional.

We're new in Mills River and were referred to Gibson to activate a new termite contract. ED DRAKE came over and was simply excellent, thorough, explained everything he inspected and was so friendly. I have no reservations recommending them and Ed.

Gibson was great! I had a massive yellow jacket colony in the siding of my house. The day I called, Joshua came out for an inspection and estimate, which was fair and included follow-up service if needed. When the day came to say goodbye to the angry freeloaders living in my walls, a Gibson tech named Michael showed up, suited up in a bee suit, and struck down upon thee with great vengeance until the relentless swarm subsided and safety was restored to my yard. I had considered buying a bee suit and doing this myself, but after watching the process from the safety of my office window, I think I'll be leaving it to the pros and sticking with Gibson in the future 💪🏽
