I have been very pleased with the friendly, punctual, and informative people that I have dealt with at Gillen Pest Control. The lady that helped me set up appointments was quick to reply to my questions. The man who came to inspect our home and property to give us an estimate was very thorough. The man who came today to do the work involved to get us set up was punctual, friendly, and efficient. So I am very happy with this company.

Always great service! Reminder for service given by text day before arrival. Technician notifies us upon arrival to provide details of service. When done tech explains what he found, any issues, etc. Techs always polite and friendly. Respectful of property and thorough with inspection and service. Also, they maintain their quarterly schedule. I had another company come earlier in the quarter, like two months after previous service, which resulted in 5 service calls a year (instead of 4 and I was paying for each service individually). After I caught on, I switched to Gillen. Love that they are locally owned too.

I decided to go with their Platinum service after Josh walked me through exactly what would be done both inside and outside my home. I have been with Gillen several years now and always pleased with their service. I’m on their every 3 month pest control and every month mosquito service, and happy with both. Josh is my technician and always does a fantastic job, is very personable and makes sure I’m happy with everything.

So far, so good. I use Gillen for a rental house. They work with me remotely and visit the house monthly for a reasonable price. The tenants had reported a rodent ingress which likely meant infestation and they seem to be satisfied with Gillen's approach and results.
