Nick, our tech, did an extremely thorough job, above and beyond. Gave us good thorough explanations of what he was doing and why. Very polite and pleasant to work with. I was very happy to have him at our house. Hope to see him on future visits. And Olivia in the office was professional and friendly in helping us chose a service and in getting us on the schedule quickly. Very pleased UPDATE: Nick has made two follow up visits to ensure all is well, and it is. Very thorough and professional and also just a nice guy.

Darien was very friendly guy who provided a great service experience! He called to let me know he was coming to make sure I was home and aware of the appointment, and even entertained my puppy while working! He’s been out to my home a couple of times and always make the experience smooth and successful!

The company and Nick were awesome! They responded to a large and aggressive Bald Faced Hornet nest within a few hours even though we were brand new customers. Matthew arrived on time, and he was extremely thorough. As soon as he came in, he looked around everywhere. He needed to and explained what he needed to do to take care of our pest problem. He was very professional In the way, he presented himself and his company. He got started on the inside of the house and When he was done, he again explained everything and where he had put everything. He then moved to the outside of the house and treated for pests. While he was doing that, he also got down the spiderwebs, which Was fantastic. Once he was done, he came back to the door, explained everything to me that he had done outside. He also showed me photos of termites that he found outside and around the house and explained how they could take care of those. He spent a very long time tending to our pest problem and did not seem rushed Or annoyed at any time. I would highly recommend this company as their employees are the face Of it and represent it very well. They should be very proud.
