Josh called to let me know when to expect him and arrived exactly at the time he had estimated. He was friendly to talk to and polite. After viewing the issues I was having, he took his time explaining the various service contract options and answered my questions. Josh couldn't do all the work today because it was pouring down rain (and I wanted to hold off until it wasn't raining) but I have every expectation that he will be here tomorrow to complete it. Josh responded timely to my text when I had a question also and his response was professional in every way. So far, it's been a very positive experience.
