I had a rough experience with Go-Forth Pest Control. I tried calling three times and left messages with the answering service but never heard back. Today I finally received a call from a tech named Seth. I let him know that the last service left my cabin with a terrible residue that was impossible to remove. He listened, showed genuine concern, and stopped by the cabin to see what might have gone wrong. Thankfully, it looked like the sun had baked off some of the chemicals, so it was easier to clean, and he went ahead and did a proper treatment on the cabin. He also reached out to management and reassured me that everything would work out. I appreciated the way he handled things. Down to earth, no nonsense, and he knew what he was talking about. The 5 star is simply based off the service I received today and hope it continues this way. Otherwise I’ll update my review.

I have never met a kinder man than Gage who came out for my inspection today. He was very thorough , very understanding and I feel really good about everything he did. He found some things that I need to take care of in the future and he is going to send a form that maps out what he found. He is definitely a keeper. He was awesome. I hope he comes back every time. I’m 70, I’m a widow and I have Parkinson’s, so for him to be as nice as he was made my day. Also, his professionalism was stellar.

Update: Received a call from Chad assuring me our locations would be linked together in order to avoid the confusion next time we schedule service. Also, he assured me he talked to the tech about proper procedure when doing a job. We have been a Go-Forth customer for several years and this is the first time we have had any issue. Thanks so much for reaching out and letting me know things are taken care of. Much happier when the Rutherfordton office was open & handling things. The ladies in the office were always friendly and professional when calling to set up service before billing. Also, we always had the same tech come out and that was very convenient because we have several properties and they just knew the routine. Now, we get a different tech each time, the first stop is always left off the schedule so they have to call the manager and get it added so we can have them all done the same day. The last tech after spraying inside, asked if he needed to spray outside.?? I have never had any ask if they needed to spray outside, they just did it.

I love Goforth. Their service is Exceptionally Superb. They come right away when you need them, Very pleasant, Respectful to deal with. I have been using Go-Forth Pest Control for 8 months now. Each visit has been very professional and the technicians have been top notch. William was very understanding about concerns with spraying near small animals and was very attentive to make sure they were not going to be harmed by the spray. 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone
