Called to inquire about having a wasp nest removed as I am allergic to bee stings. Office staff were very friendly and helpful, explained fully what the service entailed and costing. I was pleasantly surprised how quick a booking was available. When they arrived the employee was very friendly and professional. They answered all questions and explained in detail what they would be doing. The employee removed the nest and spent time checking around for a secondary one before treating the area thoroughly. We were then provided with a trap to keep up for any future wasps. From start to finish they entire team was great to work and deal with! Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be using again in the future! Thank you!

North Bay is known for its lake views… and spiders the size of small rodents, especially if you live near the water. I had an awesome experience with Good Riddance. Great people to work with who deliver awesome services. They came quickly to give a quote, and came quickly when I wanted their services. The service they offered was great, and they dealt with those little pesky things until late summer.

I am going on year three with Good Riddanace Pest Control and having them spray my house with their famous spider spray and it works great! After I called they were quick to get me in the schedule and came and sprayed while at work, I let them know the areas I wanted a little extra spray like the decks and sitting areas. Service is always fast and friendly with Good Riddanace! Thanks for a great job!

Very responsive, punctual, and professional. We had a yellow jacket problem but I wasn't sure where the nest was initially. They were very helpful and informative on the phone and reassured me they would search our property and take care of any issues. I did end up finding the nest, quite by accident! They booked us in quick and were here on time. Took care of the yellow jackets and we feel much more safe. Thank you.
