Got advanced notice by email that a person will visit which is good. But: -He did not leave a flag in the corner of the lawn indicating that he visited. In the past, this was always done. -There were no instructions about watering afterwards. -There was no status given about the condition of the lawn like where the trouble spots are and what to do about them.

Have been with great lawns a few years now, and last year, they accidentally sprayed weed killer all over our yard - but we didn't know until they called and told us. They let us know they'd cover whatever was needed and we waited the rest of the year to see what made it and what didn't. The owner Jason came our house personally and reviewed the damage this spring and just about a week ago they replaced around 5-10 shrubs at no cost, and they also had their team do a trimming throughout, which was no small feat.
