We chose Great Wall Termite late 2024 for termite work and prep for selling our home. We suspected we had dry wall termites and had subterranean termites in the past. We interviewed five companies and most just wanted to do the orange oil injection. But how do you know they found all the activity? Great Wall gave us a great price and piece of mind that all the dry wall termites would be taken care of with the gas treatment. It was quick and easy. They also treated our subterranean termites and found all of the dry rot which we took care of. When it came time to sell they came back out and gave us a clean bill of health. Even a transferable warranty. Very friendly, professional, and trustworthy.
