Received three other bids for termite damage and Green City was the only company confident enough to explain the treatment process and address all our concerns (no surprise after learning the owner formally studied entomology). They charged an exceptionally fair price with no hidden tactics or haggling, even reducing the price from the original bid as work went smoother than expected. They also addressed our separate concern of a rodent problem that same day and I highly recommend their monthly rodent service. Technician Joe Monroe in particular is incredibly friendly, timely, and offers actionable advice to homeowners. His thoroughness in the routine inspections of our home is greatly appreciated. Green City will be the only pest control company I use and recommend going forward.

I called after 4pm on a Wednesday and they were able to get me scheduled for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Very friendly and professional from the phone call to the service by Joe Monroe. He was all smiles and thoroughly helpful with all my questions and explained the whole process. He also had advanced knowledge of the building because he used to be a contractor and painter, so he knows what he is doing and talking about. He was originally scheduled for just treating yellow jackets in one area of my place, but right before the appointment, I saw another nest, as well as my neighbor had a nest. He was able to treat all three on the spot without hesitation. I highly recommend Green City Pest Control, and thank you very much Joe!!!

We’ve been using Green City for 2 years now. We hired them initially to help with a sugar/concrete ant issue that we had tried (unsuccessfully) to manage ourselves for several weeks. They were completely gone within a day or so after Green City came out out with their traps. Since then they’ve helped us control wasps, spiders moles and slugs as well. It’s always been easy to update them on specific needs we have when they come by. Joe is super friendly and does a great job.
