Green Country Pest was so easy to work with. Shawn came out on time & did an excellent job. He sent us updates on when he would be arriving & called when I didn’t hear him at the door. Grateful for a local bug company who covers all the bases for us!

I would never recommend this company. The technicians were unprofessional - one even texted me personal information unrelated to the service, made excuses for rescheduling, and eventually stopped responding. There were multiple missed appointments, and each time we called, we were told our concerns would be escalated to a manager, yet we rarely received a followed up. At one pint, we were promised an account manager to help moving forward but that never happened. Their “Pest Free Guarantee” was meaningless for us as we continued to have bugs after multiple reservices in our routinely professionally cleaned, brand-new home (built in 2024). Even after canceling three months early and being told my plan wouldn’t renew, I was still charged… not once but twice. Their system billed me again while I was on the phone about the first mistake, and they said I’d have to wait until the next day for a refund. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. This company needs serious management oversight and accountability.

Shawn has been an outstanding technician. He always arrives on time, works with precision, and takes the time to clearly explain everything he’s doing throughout the service. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and has a great personality, which makes the entire experience easy and comfortable. I live in a newer neighborhood where big spiders and other bugs were a constant issue, but since Shawn started servicing my home, I haven’t seen a single bug—inside or out. The difference has been incredible. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of service and highly recommend this company, especially if you get Shawn as your technician!

He explained the process, let me know it would take about 30 minutes, and followed up before leaving the property — just as promised. Colin is the best. Very nice and through. Wouldn't want anyone else in charge of my home safety. I have cats and he takes extra care to make sure they are safe as well.
