I really wanted to like Green Grounds after reading so many great reviews. I had them come out multiple times to treat my necrotic ring and fertilize my lawn. Their communication was great — I appreciated the text reminders and they were always quick to respond to questions. Unfortunately, for the price I was paying, my lawn never looked that great. In fact, it looked better when I was taking care of it myself for a fraction of the cost. The worst part came when I asked them to spot treat some weeds in my mow strip. I don’t know what formula the technician used, but it killed everything — including the grass. It’s been a month and a half, and the area is still completely dead. When I called, they offered to send the technician back out to “see what could be done,” but how do you fix grass that’s already been killed off? At that point, I was so disappointed and frustrated that I cancelled my membership immediately. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I felt others should know before spending so much money with this company. Sadly, my lawn ended up looking worse than when I started.

Our lawn has never been more full and green! Love having their monthly service and will recommend them to everybody! I also like that the technician is the same each time so he knows and addresses my concerns over the years.

Zayden was very professional and helpful. Made sure that we have a good barrier to keep spiders and hornets away from the house. Checked the baited Vole/rodent traps. My lawn is beautiful thanks to Green Grounds. The only service I’ve used since I purchased my house in 2020.

I am not a customer of Green Grounds Lawn and Pest, and quite frankly, I never will be. Over the past four weeks, I’ve received six unsolicited flyers from them—each one dropped in total disregard of the clearly posted No Soliciting / No Handbills sign on my property. What’s even more frustrating is that the employee doesn’t approach the door or attempt any form of engagement—they simply toss the flyer several feet from the door, leaving it on the ground. These flyers are now frequently seen littering the streets throughout our neighborhood, and it seems residents are left to clean up after their mess. If you look at their reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue—multiple people have called out the same problems. This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect for the community and a disregard for city code enforcement. Green Grounds needs to train their staff better, respect clearly posted signs, and stop littering our neighborhoods with unwanted flyers.
