The air spraying does work. I’ve had it done a few times. However, the website description and website are quite misleading. In addition to the “enzymes”, the spray “Oceanic spray” is actually considered a hospital disinfectant. I thought I was using a completely “green” mold solution, but the spray contains the same ingredient in alcohol free sanitizer (benzalconium chloride). The label and ingredients are openly listed online. The company and website should be more upfront and list the actual chemicals in the product. I understand the enzymes are proprietary but people should be informed about the chemicals they are going to be breathing in or have on their belongings especially, if they have health concerns. I’m so glad I moved a lot of stuff out of the area of spraying. I didn’t want my pet beds, blankets, and pillows covered with sanitizer. I would give four stars if there was full disclosure and a more accurate online description

My experience with Chris at Green Home Solutions was exceptional. He was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He found that our basement did not have any mold and recommended a good dehumidifier and provided detailed specs. He took photos and called me with a complete report. Since there was no need for remediation the inspection was free. I highly recommend this company for their expertise.

Chris was very friendly, well-educated in the process, the company and told us everything we could possibly know or want to know about mold! He was extremely personable and made us feel very comfortable. We learned a great deal and because of Chris and our experience tonight, my girlfriend and I will be referring Green Home Solutions to everyone we know. He communicated with me before the meeting to let us know he was on his way and he also arrived early. Very professional and brought a great sense of value.

Tanner and Green Home Solutions worked on both of my properties. After his work on our first property, we called him to help at our second location. His initial contact for estimates on both properties were friendly and thorough. He followed up promptly with a written estimates and scheduling. I was able to get the work done promptly after the estimate as I requested. Scott who completed the remediation work was very hard working and stayed to complete additional needs that were uncovered during his remediation work, rather than leave to meet his team and the next location. He even mopped up the floor before leaving!

Working with Green Home Solutions was great from start to finish! Jacqui worked with us to meet our post-inspection deadline and get us exactly what we needed for documentation. Scott and Oscar were punctual, efficient and friendly, and even took extra care to look out for our puppy's welfare!
