Excellence and confidence in their product at its utmost best. I was using a company I am ashamed to even mention for years and the results, well, there were none! It got worse and worse. Just never use tru green If you didn't know already... I met with an intelligent and kind woman named Brooke from Green Island. She came to my house before giving me a quote. Brooke and her staff had confidence my ruined lawn with huge bare spots would get better and would look good. She sold me two additional packages one for my plants and the other for fungus. She basically would not do the job without it bc you are basically half asss ing it and get true green results again. It is worth the money. I have a carpet lawn in a matter of a short few months. My plants are on steroids. Even my kids noticed massive abundant growth. They are outstanding. They care about the environment as well. All I can say is if you want a grass is greener lawn or you live in an HOA they are worth every penny because as the gentleman said to me when he was here for the first fertilization we over deliver. It's true. The pictures on the trellis that's within a month or so, my back lawn i actually sat on for the first time since living here there are no insects and it's soft. Great job Green Island! Side note- I have had to prune the trellis and the sage bush next to them several times already. Green Island, I will Definitely recommend your company! Keep up the great work. I love my lawn now!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Green Island! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the customer service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Our technician, Kyle, was absolutely outstanding. He arrived right on time, explained the entire process clearly, and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. You could tell he truly cared about doing the job right and keeping our home safe and pest-free. Not only did Kyle take care of the issue quickly, but he also gave us helpful tips on how to prevent future problems. I really appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail. Since the treatment, we haven’t seen a single pest—what a relief! I feel so much more comfortable in my home now.

We have had 2 lawn service providers in our 25 years living in Queens Cove. Mostly I have done fertilization and weed control myself due to my dissatisfaction with those lawn service analysis and application. I was semi satisfied with my results, my boss was not. I'm now 88, getting old, it was time to find good service leading to positive ~ results. I called Green Island Lawn for a consultation and was impressed with Brooke ~ and decided to give them a go. Kyle did the initial application, my observation is that he knew what he was doing. As this is the first application, no results as yet. My rating is for professionalism ~ not results. Time will tell. ...

I've been with Green Island for roughly 3-4 years. I've used other companies in the past and never noticed a difference. My lawn still had weeds, lawn wasn't a healthy green, and our palm trees and scrubs weren't growing. About a month after hiring Green Island, our palms and scrubs began growing and looking healthy. Same for my yard, I noticed eventually the weeds in the grass were going away, my lawn was starting to become a healthy dark green and was getting thick. Our tech Richard P is awesome. He ensures to communicate with me when he intends to service my lawn. He even immediately reached out to me to notify me about a pipe that had busted on my lawn while I was on business travel. Richard has great customer service and is a professional in what he does.

I am extremely happy with Green Island. I began using their services about a year ago. My lawn was in bad shape. They gave me realistic expectations, responded to my questions and came out to resolve a concern when needed. They provide great advice and I am so happy that I trusted their process. My lawn is consistently a green color that I am happy with. Steven does a great job and I’m so glad to use their services. I’ve included an image of part of my lawn as of today. It’s time to cut my grass again and just want to say, there’s something really enjoyable about cutting grass when it’s nice and healthy.
