The sales people of this company are liars! They were going door to door in my neighborhood selling services to people. The sales person told me if I decided I didn't want the service or didn't find it useful I could "fire" him at any time. No obligation. Then I find out he lied and I'm tied in for a year service that I don't want. The service was not useful and I didn't need to continue with them. When I call to cancel I get the BS about a termination fee. I plan to change them back and never do business with them ever again. Horrible company and dishonest sales people!

Green Pest Management So grateful! Green Pest saved me on one of the scariest days of my life. What I thought was an electrical short or water leak turned out to be the sounds of a GIGANTIC wasps nest in my attic/walls. They burst through the ceiling leading to hundreds of bees swariming in my bedroom. I called a bunch of the big name companies and nobody would come the same day despite the emergency nature of the situation. Green Pest truly cared. Josh, my phone rep, stayed on the phone with me while I bawled my eyes out and did everything in his power to get my serviced the same day. He comforted me and made sure I was safely away from the disaster zone. He made miracles happen by sending Kiernan, my wonderful tech, within a few hours of my call. Kiernan was completely calm and made me feel like it was a normal issue (IT WAS NOT!!). He is totally the right person for the job. He explained everything along the way, gave me a plan of what to expect day to day, and did a bunch of preventive maintenance. I went from crying and shaking in the morning to sitting outside peacefully on the deck. I am SO GRATEFUL I could not even begin to express it in words. Not only was the service top tier, they gave me a great price, which was lower than anyone else I had called previously. I will be a lifelong customer of Green Pest and will never forget their true kindness today!!!
