We recently moved into a new house and wanted to get set up with seasonal pest control. We initially chose Green Pest services because of their environmentally-conscious products that would be safe for our family. We will continue to use them not only for that element, but also because they've been so great to work with. Setting up the appointment was very easy and their customer service was polite and professional. The day of our service, our technician, Kai, had a little trouble finding our house as it's a new build and maps don't always recognize the address. He was so kind and patient as I explained how to find us and then went above and beyond to take care of our house and explain the treatment details to us. We look forward to continuing to work with the company and have nothing but "10 out of 10/no notes" appreciation for Kai. He was amazing!

Hello, Although you seem excited about the service provided, I must tell you that I am disappointed. I specifically asked to be contacted so I could confirm the day of service, since I want to be at home to ensure the work is done properly and completely. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Even though I was not present, I have cameras around my house and clearly saw what took place. Your technician only treated around the tree in front of my house and around the garage, completely ignoring the right side of the house. That is not acceptable and certainly not the full service I am paying for. I can provide you with video evidence if necessary. However, since I am not receiving the service promised, I have decided to cancel all services with your company. Sincerely, Oscar G.

Kenny C went above and beyond on my installation today. He came to install termite control and noticed a ground yellow jacket nest that was unknown to me. He removed it in addition to the installation. I recommend him and green pest. I hope he preforms all my future maintenance. He is an excellent technician and professional.

Technician was professional and friendly, including to my dog! Very thorough and one item I really appreciated was that they didn’t try to upsell me. They made me aware of services but never tried to get me to agree on the spot. I never go back to work with companies that do that. This made me feel as though it were a more genuine approach to helping me.

Technician Jason Brown visited my home for the first visit today. With the weather warming up we started seeing some carpenter ants. It was easy to get a hold of Green Pest Services and they were able to schedule an appointment within 2 days of calling. Jason was incredibly helpful both with services offered under our contract but also recommended a few small changes we could make to ensure our home and yard stays safe from pests ( ie removing cardboard boxes, spraying our new fence to keep away carpenter bees, and tree stump removal). I appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable and professional service!

John and the Green Pest team have been great. John came by to look at my home for some general maintenance and issue with ants. He provided me with a fair estimate and was back a few days later for the service. He and the team are responsive and courteous.

Victor was amazing and attentive to detail. Our house definitely needed some treatment after our tenants vacated. He showed some holes that can lead to spiders and wasps to go in my home. He was also friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable.

The technician we had today was by far the best one who’s come out from this company. We could tell he really cared about his job and us as the customer, and he went above and beyond to help us prevent pest issues in the future.

I enjoyed meeting Robaid and chatting with him and introducing my horse to him so he will not be alarmed about running into her if he comes again. He treated everything including the are where I suspect bees coming in. He got rid of the wasp nests. He was a delight!

My tech Mr. Wondale is great. He always lets me know when he arrives at my house. He listens, he cares and most of all so gracious and polite to talk to.

I highly applaud and appreciate the service provided by Bryan and all the other technicians with whom I have interacted. My main concern and dissatisfaction is with Management. I received an e-mail schedule for service on a specific date. Nobody showed up. When I complained I was told, we do not contact customers if we can't keep an appointment. Is that good customer service? Certainly not. Shame on Management that embraces that mentality. Based solely on Management's attitude, I rate 1 star. AGAIN, THIS ONE STAR RATING IS NOT AGAINST THE "DEDICATED TECHNICIANS." IT'S SOLELY AGAINST "INEFFICIENT MANAGEMENT."

We have used Green Pest services Since 2024 for ant remediation in the summer. I’ve never been bothered since. Their staff is friendly, skilled and prompt. You call them you can rest easy your pest issues will be a thing of the past. Eco friendly and AFFORDABLE!!
