I met with Chris for my initial consultation. He was my contact person when I had a roach issue in my other rental condo. So when my daughter had an issue with a mouse I immediately called him. He scheduled the first treatment. Bryan came during the strong rain and he did a thorough inspection and first treatment. During his visit we inspected for any fresh droppings and fortunately there was none. He sealed all possible entryways, sprayed the unit and did a thorough inspection outside. I am very happy with Green Pest. They have very knowledgeable and efficient people. Highly recommended. Five stars 🌟

First, I called several places and was given astronomical pricing and poor customer service. Everyone involved in this process was so great and so patient as I was In an extremely agitated state over the situation and they were so kind, professional, and fast service of being able to help me the same day! Not what I was expecting, for what I am paying I would have assumed a more professional service. When spreading the ant granules I would have thought granules would have been spread a continuous line around the boarders of the house. Instead handfuls were thrown toward the house 6’ away sporadically. Spraying inside this was done in the same manner. He forgot to spray in the sun room. Also nothing was done beneath the sun room. No sticky pads were placed for mice. When we spoke over the phone u mentioned that when removing the wasp nest it would be taken away once removed. Instead Victor said they knock them done and the wind will blow the away. I would have expected that the nest be removed disposed and area cleaned up, as we spoke.

Jason provided outstanding service! He deployed 42 snap traps and 4 traps as well as sprayed around the perimeter of the house. He explained the safe way to dispose of mouse droppings and how to follow up.

I’m not exactly sure what I’m paying for, this is our first time dealing with a pest control company. My tendencies are to be as informed as I can be, I’m retired, and my income is measured. It took Aaron less than 17min with explanation to complete his task, Aaron is confident and experience, however I need more information to understand what we’re receiving/paying for.
