Kyana is an amazing asset to this company. During my regular triannual pest service I approached the subject matter and concern of rodent activity in my basement. She explained the company's rodent inspection and treatment for same. After assessing my outside perimeters she entered my home to inspect the basement and easily noted critical areas of previous activity. She even entered the abyss of my bulkhead door area to which I have never opened since I moved here three years ago. Good Grief!! Now THAT is what a true technician does. What a horror show I saw. She was so calming and professional and didn't flinch even when a mouse was aroused and escaped outside. She set traps and buttoned up any exposed areas of possible entry both inside and outside. But most importantly she talked so calmly to me throughout the process and that meant a lot to me as a customer. She answered all my questions that came from pure fear and I never felt rushed. And of course I will ask for her at my 30 day follow up!!
