Did a great job. Website says 24/7 and same day. However I called on a Friday late afternoon and someone did not come till Monday. I was also told they would come Monday between 2pm-6pm and they came at 8am. Was not a big deal. Just need to have better communication. I did like that I did not need to be home. I also appreciated that I was updated throughout the posses and a picture was sent to me when it was done. Would definitely use again if needed

We had Dylan as our service provider. He was very professional and very friendly and personable. After he took care of our yellow jacket nest up towards the roof of our house, he went out of his way to get rid of a bald faced hornets nest we found in a Rhododendron bush in our front yard as he was getting ready to leave. He didn’t hesitate to remove the nest and said he was happy to do it!! That’s what I call service!! He’s the best!! Thanks again for all your help Dylan!! It is much appreciated!!

Technician Dave did a great job of explaining his process. He was informative and extremely thorough. Overall, I was pleased with the service. Naturally, I will keep an eye on things over the next week or so. Dave assured me that if I see more critters, all I would need to do is call and Greenix will reapply until all critters are gone. Dylan did a through job in my yard today. He greeted on arrival, explained what all he was going to do. Took extra care to address when I explained to him my concern about garden snakes. Sent me clear pictures of Traps and usage of bait. Great guy. Appreciate everything he did.

Dave was GREAT! He was very nice and friendly . He let me know when he was on his way. Showed up soon after that and got right to work! The nest was even bigger than what we thought but he did what he had to do, cleaned up everything and was done in roughly a half-hour! Would definitely recommend!

Robert got me taken care of for the winter. I feel like I got some extra attention to detail since he cleaned off all the web building up from my gutters and awnings. I feel like it was a professional service and the technician being confident in what he does has me sleeping good. And my kids can stop complaining about spiders.
