Please do not be tricked into subscription - It is the biggest waste of money and you will not get good services (at least not in Holland, Michigan). When I moved in to my new home, I honestly did not have the time to manage some of the details. So I decided to use this Pest services to do typical home maintenance just to keep the typical house spiders, ants, and bugs away. They charged me $43/month with some initial fees. My biggest issues are: 1. Disrespect of appointment time - they give 24 hr notice normally. When I request reschedule so I could have indoor services. They reschedule but never ring the doorbell to let me know that someone is here. 2. Low quality of service - Luckily with outdoor cams, services are observed and time stamped. They are at the home 10 min top (decent size home of 5 bedroom). After technician left, there are viable spider webs at many places. Though they brag about the chemicals being used are home tested, it's rarely applied correctly by technician and I spend a lot of time and money to still manage it myself. 3. Words and action mis-alignment- After service, they send in a long list of everything they've done. Ever head someone say that they are the gate keeper of multi-million dollar company and is trusted with handling hundred of dollars on a daily basis and turn out the job title is a cashier? Yes! Play on words to make things seem more impressive happens here with very little action. However their managers and call centers folks are very well trained! Kudos to that and probably why I decided to subscribe to the service thinking that they would be great! But man, I was met with so much disappointment. Unless you are ready to call them often and have extra time to be out there to catch technician - this is very much of a scam. And honestly, if you have all the time to call or to be out there with technician, you might as well do it yourself! It's hard to earn money and this is definitely one of the worst way to spend it.

Roy Torres was the gentleman that helped me with my service today (7/1/25). He was professional, kind and courteous and was very knowledgeable about all the services that were available to me. He was patient and helped me answer all my questions. He gave me a number for customer service so that if I had a question I could call but also told me that I could reach out to him if I needed. He also texted me at the end going over all the services he rendered to me today and went over all the areas of my home that were covered. Thank you Roy for your help today!

These guys ripped me off. Charged me for services I agreed to and those I didn’t. Wouldn’t agree to adjust so that I was buying just what I asked for . I wound up paying $995 for a whopping 4 visits. And when I canceled? Told me they would waive the cancellation fee and then charged me $93 for the next week’s visit (which was AFTER I tried to cancel. And then charged me $174.85 cancellation fee. Highly recommend ANYONE ELSE

Jacob was pleasant to talk to. He thoroughly explained the process, how the products he uses work, and listened to my concerns and requests. He answered all my questions, and didn't pressure me into buying anything I don't need. I feel very good about using Greenix.

Today I was approached by a Greenix salesperson. We chatted about the services offered for probably 30 minutes. I was very impressed by this young man. (He is 21 and I am 65). I liked his honesty and positive attitude. As one who has been in sales and sales management for over 40 years I truly appreciated it. I signed for service and two hours later Javan (another very sharp young man with a “can do attitude”) showed up to do my first treatment. We are off to a good start. Keep up the good work Greenix!
