    I have been struggling to get a straight answer from the Greenix team despite multiple calls, hours over phone, and confrontational technician. They started with mosquitoes for our home, and I wanted to expand the service. But the process is so convoluted and complicated. The contracts have no details, they won't let me talk to a technician unless I sign. The sales person committed to anything and everything (documented over text), the recorded calls person promises to resolve things, but when the technician is supposed to work, they have a completely conflicting story. I had a horrible experience where the technician started shouting when I called customer care (again recorded over home camera). I have been in middle of a dispute, and they just come and perform (and Bill!!) for a random service. They have good products when you are able to get them to work. But so far very disappointed with my experience.

    I had a great experience with Greenix Pest Control. From the initial call to the actual service, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technician arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and was very thorough in treating the problem. I appreciated their knowledge, friendliness, and the fact that they used safe, effective treatments. Highly recommend them if you’re dealing with pest!

    Oneil was very thorough with his inspection of our home and informed us of the services he was performing outside and inside our home. He took his time was patient and friendly! Thank you for making us feel comfortable and answering all our questions.

    It was professional and a great job Josh a little nervous because I just spoke to your father and he was walking across town in the city. OK there is someone else I’m expecting. How are you doing? Mom went out twice. Make sure I had enough stuff my young man how are you doing? How’s the kids? I expected to hear they started off with first third and fifth grade that’s a major jump now from first graders first graders are not my biggest problem right now. They were pretty good as kindergarten and I’m like we can manage this because you know they still understand the concept of fear fifth graders don’t even fear their own destruction, which makes them incredibly dangerous and incredibly stupid with that kind of experience too much bagel too like a dozen probably be good. I mean Air on the side of lettuce is probably good because you haven’t bought for us this week took care of you so I wanna help you save yourself. Leftovers made made a pasta vodka and we got a lot of that left and she also made some Jamaican food, Kuri chicken and shrimp and cabbage. OK so I won’t buy any for a while. I’m gonna run to the bathroom really quick.

    Not been a good experience. BEWARE. I went with them since a few neighbours had used them. Sales guy Eli came in with all kinds of promises. Eli, and the adds Greenix sends claims that the technician will come and do a 20 point custom inspection. Figure out what the household needs, and build a custom plan. NOPE. When the technician arrived he just started treating. I consulted him to find out what the inspection was going to entail. His response, " I keep telling sales people not to say this. We do the same treatment everywhere every time. If the homeowner tells us to do something else, we do". The sales person first tried to charge me $350 for the first treatment. Then another $150 a month for monthly treatments. I told him I was unable to do that price. He then said "OK for you I'll do $150 for the first treatment, and then $99 a month to treat every 6 weeks. If at ANY time you need any addition treatments, just contact them, they will treat you within 48 hours". The reason for the higher cost first? The 20 point inspection and custom plan. Which you KNOW from above was not how they operate. No custom plan. Same treatment every visit. 7 weeks go by from fist treatment. No contact to do next treatment. I reach out, and say how does this work? DO you schedule? Or am I supposed to. THey said, sorry, yes when can we come out. I said come out he same week. Nope. The promise of 48 hours was not the case. The schedule was 3 weeks away. SO 4 weeks late, and no treatment during primary summer months! When I called the office, they claimed I am only supposed to get treatments every 3 months!!! This is my experience. I hope they treat others better.

    I have [HAD] a yellow jacket problem. I found Greenix through Angi's list - submitted an inquiry, Kyle called me within 5 mins and scheduled me for next day, as they were starting to get into the house. John came the following day and he knows his stuff. He gave me a natural DIY solution (I have pets and kids) for dealing with the couple that fly into the home. He answered all of my questions about the treatment, the process, etc. He was done within the hour. Such a easy and smooth experience. Thanks everyone.

    Greenix came out today and did a great job. They called ahead to let us know they were on their way. Na'Jee was very nice and gave a report right away. I would recommend them and would use them again!

    When the guy came to my house and did sign the contract he said they are coming every 4-6 weeks what is a lie. The scheduled visits are really 4 per year and you have to call them for extra service. The extra visits are free but anyway what they promis something else. Also I've noticed some guys that come to do the job do it much better and some so really pure job. Overall after they visit it is OK with mosquitoes for about 2 weeks, on 3rd week they start to show up (this is when you have to call for extra service) and it usually takes about 3-5 buisnes days for them to get to you. The stuff they use basically works only for mosquitoes. Doesn't work for flies are no-see-em (those tiny flies you can't really see them but bites worse than mosquitoes).

    Ray really over achieved his job today. He was one of the best technicians. I've had from green x in quite a while. He answered all my questions and really listened to my concerned. And he fixed them for me. I feel like he's an asset to your company. Keep up the good work Ray.

    Miguel was a great help today. He helped me identify issues and suggested adding the rodent protection plan as my place is getting older and rodents could find a way into my hvac and other appliances. Appreciate the insight and suggestions
