We’ve lived in our home for a little over two years and just recently noticed we were having issues with carpet beetles. We had Kodi come out to inspect and found a few other issues we weren’t even aware of. Greenix was a great choice for us — they got us scheduled right away and thoroughly explained everything from what was going on to what they treated. Super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! A complete rip-off . I will pay over $900 for this contract. So far they trapped 4 mice with snap traps and didn’t clean up any mess. I caught the rest of the mice and cleaned up all of the mess. Had I known what the service entailed I would have purchased industrial Maite traps to place around my house. They also sealed off my dryer vent which now is a fire hazard
