Amazing Service from David – He Sent Those Yellow Jackets Back To HELL! We had a bit of a yellow jacket invasion in our house. It was as if you killed 5 and 10 more would appear. I’m so grateful for Greenix sending David. David showed up on time, ready to roll, and instantly put me at ease with his calm, confident attitude. He explained what he was going to do in plain language and walked me through how he’d zap the problem and keep it from coming back, all while keeping my pets safe. What I loved: - Safe and Smart: He checked both the outdoor nest and the spots inside and laid out a simple plan that made sense. It was clear he knew his stuff. - Easy Process: He worked quickly, didn’t cause a mess, and even sealed up any little entry points to stop a rerun. He gave practical tips so we wouldn’t run into this again. - Real Results: Pretty fast, the yellow jackets were under control. No stings, and he kept me in the loop with what to expect next. The outdoor nest was handled like a pro, and the indoor exposure was kept to a minimum, which made the whole thing stress-free. I gave them a chance a very persistant young man came to my door and promised wonders, later that day they came and left… wasp spider webs and everyting was still there, never went into back yard… i called supervisor came a week later and say he coildn treat the back because of my dogs and chickens and pool… so i called to cancel after a very rude conversationbthey agree to cancell with no cancellation fee but its been 30 days and they havent made a refund and when i email them asking about it they just say thanks for your payment! My experience with Greenix has been a learning experience for me the technicians are extremely knowledgeable the last technician to come was extremely knowledgeable professional on time took the time out to speak to us homeowners. He was very informative taught us what to do had many solutions to what problems we were facing. Corbin who was our technician was a great technician. If you're considering trying greenix I would definitely give it a shot they don't push anything on you they don't overcharge and they are very professional knowledgeable speak very politely and kindly to everyone I give their employees 10 stars

Wasn't sure about this company because I haven't heard anything about them till they showed up at my door. But I am thoroughly impressed. They did a great service to us because our house was starting to be consumed with insects we didn't want! They also got rid of a Yellow Jacket's nest that was causing problems and they were so effective! They were fast, communicated clearly about what they would do and even offered a good price for the service! The techs were also friendly, answered all our questions and did a great job! I am so glad we hired them! You can't go wrong!

Man was awesome. He covered all the bases and was very personable and friendly. He needs a raise he can call and please send him for all future appointments. He did a very good job.
